Stabolut Ltd ("we", "us") operates stabolut.com, including its blog. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect on this website, why we process it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable law. It applies to all visitors, including those in the EU/EEA.
1 · What we collect
Information you send us. If you use the sign-up form, we receive your email address. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. We only collect what you voluntarily submit.
Usage analytics. We use our own self-hosted analytics tool (Matomo), configured without cookies and without persistent identifiers, to understand how the site is used. It collects only aggregated statistics and respects your browser's Do-Not-Track setting. It is not used to identify individual visitors.
Cookies. We do not use tracking cookies. Our CDN (Cloudflare) may set a short-lived, strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site.
2 · Why we process your data
- Newsletter sign-up — we use your email to send you the updates you asked for. Lawful basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or writing to us.
- Contact enquiries — we use your details to respond to you. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- Analytics — we use aggregated, cookieless statistics to improve the site. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest.
3 · Who we share data with
Form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a US-based form service that acts as our data processor under a data processing agreement. The site is served through Cloudflare (CDN and security). We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with any other third parties.
4 · How long we keep it
Contact and newsletter data is kept only as long as needed to respond to you or provide what you asked for, and is then deleted. Analytics are kept in aggregated form without personal identifiers.
5 · Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. You may also withdraw any consent you gave.
